Located in the heart of Philadelphia, the bank is a cornerstone of financial policy and economic development in the region. DCM Architecture & Engineering was commissioned to redesign and expand its Conference Center and office areas within its headquarters.  The project focused on optimizing space, enhancing collaboration, and integrating modern technology while maintaining the building’s historic integrity.
