This project for this important financial institution involves the complete renovation of a full floor within the bank’s headquarters to house its Information Technology Service Center. The design reorganizes the space to support a range of essential services the bank provides to its clients, emphasizing flexibility, functionality, and efficiency.One of the project’s primary challenges was the requirement to retain and reutilize the existing ceiling grid and infrastructure, which serves as the primary conduit for HVAC and lighting systems. Rather than seeing this as a limitation, the design team conducted an in-depth study of the existing conditions and developed an elegant solution that integrates new spatial layouts with the preserved ceiling system.
