DCM provided on-site construction management and building systems commissioning at a dormitory for 273 midshipmen, Rogers Hall, and at the campus’s main dining hall and food preparation facility, Delano Hall. Rogers Hall underwent a complete interior gut renovation, including new building systems and finishes as well as repairs to the building envelope. The institutional kitchen at Delano Hall also underwent major modifications including new finishes, electrical systems, and ventilation system upgrades. The kitchen equipment, loading dock and boiler were replaced. The project also included a 72-well geothermal field.
