With its brilliant soft white beaches and pristine natural beauty, the Caicos islands feature breath-taking landscapes of coral reefs, cays, caves, and sea cliffs. On the scarcely populated island of South Caicos, the approach for this new 5-star, all-inclusive resort was to restore, preserve, and protect the as much of this untouched tropical environment as possible.

The site has several existing structures, including six large condo buildings and one restaurant/casino building. New buildings were designed along and in-between the existing precast condo buildings, creating a total of 655 guest rooms. The challenge was to integrate the new and existing structures to create a unified resort destination.
