Jackson Place

Washington, DC

Several historically significant townhouses along Jackson Place had sustained damage in the 2011 Virginia earthquake. DCM provided design-build repairs on four of the townhome facades, and on two of the roofs. As the prime contractor, DCM assembled a team of skilled masons, engineers, and historical experts to perform the investigations, design, and required repairs to improve the seismic capacity of chimneys, windowsills and lintels.
