DCM is pleased to announce that our design for the sidewalk/streetscape standards and Butler Park is near completion! Our firm is thrilled to have been part of the development of Brandywine Realty Trust's Knights Crossing, less than two miles from our headquarters. Our design concept symbolizes Camden’s history, using Whitman’s poem, Beat! Beat! Drums! as inspiration to link the impact of the Civil War on the city and the role that Camden resident, Dempsey Daniel Butler, played in the lives of newly freed slaves.
DCM is providing the architecture and engineering design for a new aircraft maintenance hangar and support building that houses office areas, storage, sleeping units and a training room. The 44,000 square feet of new construction will connect to an existing office building, absorbing and upgrading portions of the original facility. An existing fuel farm will also be demolished and relocated to accommodate the program, as well as allow for additional parking and other site improvements.
