Our design for the new 125-suite expansion at the Impressive Resort in Punta Cana, adds to the existing 900-room complex previously designed by our firm. Facing a unique challenge—an inland site with no direct beach access—our team responded with a bold and creative solution that redefines the guest experience.

At the heart of the new annex is a stunning central pool, designed to serve as the focal point and visual anchor of the entire property. The new building also includes a contemporary lobby and a spacious buffet restaurant. The design emphasizes fluid movement, natural light, and lush landscaping to enhance the guest experience.

The project also features a dedicated beach club. This beachfront amenity provides access to oceanfront lounging, food and beverage service, and a vibrant atmosphere.
