Kipawa-Libermann Elementary School

DCM was challenged to create a completely off-grid, self-sustaining school in an area with no existing infrastructure. After visiting the site to document and assess existing conditions, the team developed a long-term Master Plan to maximize the campus’ functionality while being able to accommodate future installations of user-friendly technologies. In addition to a detailed program and site plan, the final report included conceptual renders, floor plans, and sections, along with a proposed timeline and sequence for work.
