Located in an upscale Philadelphia neighborhood, this spacious apartment makes the most of its elongated floor plan with floor to ceiling views of Rittenhouse Square, considered one of Philadelphia’s finest public spaces. The success of this stunning interior renovation was thanks to DCM’s engineers who had to resolve the chaotic installation of ductwork, piping, and cables to recover space. As a result, our team is replicating the design on other apartments within the building.
