Samuels Hall will be transformed into a world-class educational facility to provide midshipmen with the latest simulation technology. The project includes new classroom space, a lecture hall and simulation laboratories which includes a Computer Aided Operations Research Facility (CAORF) and a new Data Center. The original historical structure will be completely renovated and was complemented with the design and construction of an iconic stair tower and entrance vestibule.
