Cramer Hill is a district-charter hybrid school, serving roughly 750 students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. The new, three-school building features a library, gymnasium, multi-purpose cafeteria/auditorium, modern classrooms and technology labs, and offers a safe playground, athletic field, and on-site parking lot. DCM engineered a budget-friendly, easy to maintain HVAC system by working with the Facilities Director to address maintenance, operations, and durability concerns at the start of the project. The decoupled ventilation system is equipped with an energy recovery ventilator, improving indoor air quality while also reducing operational costs.
