Working with the property developer, DCM completed the design to turn a six-story art-deco hotel structure in Camden’s historic center into modern apartments. Under a limited budget, our team created a new ADA-compliant layout for 31 desirable units in a very narrow building with numerous structural, historical, and space constraints. Despite these technical challenges and coordination with numerous reviewing agencies, DCM obtained permit drawings with only one submission!
