DCM received the Construction Merit Award for the Rodino Vestibule and Building Renovations project by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) New Jersey chapter. ABC represents more than 21,000 members from more than 19,000 construction and industry-related firms.
In almost two years of ongoing construction, DCM received zero complaints from tenants and we requested not a single change order of the Owner. The project was delivered on time and within budget and now stands as an example of how DCM answered the challenges of a technical and demanding scope of work with precision to deliver a high performance and energy efficient; not to mention beautiful product.
